A CPA, CA, and Chartered Investment Analyst, Vik's unique '3-Hat' experience as technician, investor, and business owner has made him an indispensable long term adviser to our clients.

With more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Jeremiah brings extensive expertise in the areas of SME micro-financing, invoice factor, bridge funding and secured non-bank lending services. A highly passionate practitioner, Jeremiah has a keen interest in helping emerging, small and medium enterprise clients bridge the financing gaps in their businesses to shore up operations, fund working capital, procure assets, or otherwise pay off overdue debts. Highly skilled at negotiations, high-touch sales and strategic planning, Jeremiah enjoys problem solving, relationship building and people development, making him highly proficient in his role.

A practitioner with over 17 years’ experience in corporate secretarial, accounting, taxation, and business advisory services, Siva's extensive experience stems from pivotal managerial roles in premier business consulting and Chartered Accounting firms in Singapore. With his particular specialisation in corporate compliance and complex accounting and tax work, Sivanesan leads those divisions of our practice. A graduate of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, he also holds a MBA (Finance), and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accountancy). Siva is a Member of the Chartered Secretaries Institute and Chartered Governance Institute of Singapore.

With 15 years' experience in the industry across Singapore and Australia, Raj brings extensive expertise in advising distressed client businesses on restructuring, insolvency proceedings, turnaround strategies, forensic accounting and litigation support services. His comprehensive insights span complex bankruptcies, personal insolvency agreements, and contentious cases. Raj's passion especially lies in providing swift, strategic, and cost-effective guidance for micro, small, and medium-sized businesses. Raj is a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Communication (Engineering) and a Master of Professional Accounting from RMIT University, Australia.

A seasoned practitioner in commercial real estate and blockchain applications, Shawn brings 15+ years' experience across Singapore and Australia. His expertise spans real estate development, management, and financing. A prominent figure in Singapore's blockchain scene, Shawn has managed ICO projects at the institutional level, including implementation for more than 20 ventures across China, Indonesia, Korea, and SEA. An MSc (Finance) graduate with a Blockchain degree from Uni Nicosia, he is CMO of the highly successful Puregold ICO. As Chairman of the Asia Blockchain Association, Shawn continues to shape the industry’s trajectory throughout Asia.
