As always, our process begins with  obtaining an understanding our clients' current circumstances and objectives. We then carefully connect our client with the our most suitable funding partner based on our fact-find. After client approval of the funding plan, we initiate the process with the selected funder, while assisting the client to address due diligence requirements and inquiries adequately and comprehensively as they arise.

Our deep-rooted and enduring relationships with these institutions grant us unique insights into their specific requirements, enhancing our ability to daraft and submit proofs-of-capability that significantly improves our clients' prospects of successful financing.

Forms of financing we deal in

  • Micro Financing - Smaller-scale unsecured loans ranging from $50k to $200k, for small enterprises, startups, and individuals with limited access to traditional financing. Sometimes known as bridging loans.
  • Invoice Factoring - A financing method where businesses pre-sell their accounts receivable to lender at a discount, providing immediate cash flow for working capital needs; amounts financed typically range from $10k to $300k.
  • Secured Lending: Loans backed by security, typically conventional real estate in developed markets, typically ranging from $1m to $$20m, offering lenders security in events of default.
  • Angel Funding: Early-stage capital provided by high net worth individual investors ('business angels') to startups and early stage businesses, typically ranging from $25,000 to $500,000 or more.
  • Venture Capital: Investment from venture capital firms in exchange for equity, debt or both, usually targeting late-stage startups and high-growth companies with funding amounts ranging from $1 million to 10 million dollars.
  • Venture IPO Markets: Access to public capital markets through an initial public offering (IPO) for established startups and fast growing companies seeking larger-scale funding, with amounts often exceeding $10 million.
  • Collateralized Lending: Loans secured by financial guarantee, backed by large cap assets such as developmental real estate, resorts and hotels, and agricultural, commodity and mining projects . The collateral serves as insurance for the lender, providing security on default. Requires asset sizes of $20m and up.
